The property was in a great location (walking distance from clubs and bars in fira). The staff was also incredibly sweet and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was great!

The host Irene was so friendly and accommodating. She was always their to assist us with any queries we had. The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfy. The towels were changed everyday and the pool was a lovely size with sun loungers. Fira town was just a short 10 minute walk away but there was lots of restaurants beside the hotel.

on arrival we met Irene the owner of Hotel Hellas, Irene was so nice and friendly. She was lovely and we were then brought to the house we rented for the 3 days. The property is like a 10 min walk from Fira, lovely and cool inside. The bedrooms are lovely, beds are so comfortable. Recently done up.

The location was ideal, 5 mins walking distance from centre. (Fira) Which was very lively. We went for a walk from Firostefani to Fira which was very beautiful with best scenic views:) The tuck was just across the road which was very convinient too. Highly recommend!!!
The bus stop was nearby too, so Airport transfer and going to Oia was easy by bus and value for Money

Irene was so welcoming when we first arrived! Full of smiles! She was super helpful with recommendations around the island. Staff was very friendly and very attentive and our rooms were spotless and replenished with fresh towels every time. The location was about a 9 min walk into town, about a 15 minute walk to the bus station. Great location and the pool was nice and refreshing as there were no close beaches to cool us down! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful apartments, pleasant ten minute walk into the centre. Very clean and tidy room with a lovely view. Pool area was nice with plenty of sun loungers. The owners, Irene and her husband were lovely and could not do enough for you. Very nice people.

My room is big, I am the only one staying on it, so its big for me. The only thing is there is only one outlet in the room, and its not close to my bed, but I made it work by alternating phones, wifi is fast. Bathroom is small, I think it also a standard size for EU countries. Pool, is clean and so Greece cause it so blue. But what I really love in this place is the staff, special Irene, she is so nice. The nicest Greek I met. She know I am tired from traveling she prepared my room before check in, which is so nice, thank you Irene. She even arrange my taxi going to the airport, cause bus line in FIra is so chaotic but organize, I don't know if it make sense. Thank you again Irene, your the best!

Location was excellent. View is great. We were in town for a wedding, and it was great to be able to get toother venues easily. Host Irene was especially friendly and helpful in helping us get rides lined up to different events. Kids loved the pool. Thank you!

Good sized pool which was clean and open all day with no restrictions. Location was a little out of the main town but not a great issue. Room size was good and fridge a welcome resource. Friendly staff and very good English speaker.

Exceptional and warm welcome ! SO GOOD to be true but it was TRUE ! We rented 2 economic rooms but the hotel offered 2 superior ones for the same price. It was a GREAT WELCOME BONUS. The hotel is always clean, the staff is always available. The hotel is very well located, great views, just 10 minutes walk from downtown where we can find all buses for different destinations, various restaurants, and markets. Furthermore, it is only 15 minutes by bus from the airport. The hotel area is quite quiet to have good nights. Waouh ! I just recommend this hotel !

I couldn’t recommend Hotel Hellas enough. excellent location, clean, newly renovated and spacious rooms. Very comfortable stay. Best of all, I was warmly welcomed by Irene & her husband like family, they were accomodating and I could store luggage here for a week. Will definitely be staying again!

The host was extremely nice and welcoming. All the staffs were friendly as well. Our room was clean, affordable, well equipped and have a nice view. The hotel looks great and we loveee the pool.

Very friendly staff, great pool and the new room we upgraded to was newly renovated. The original room was basic and adequate, we just wanted more space and a balcony.

It was way better than the photos and we didn't expect that! The owners as well as the cleaning staff were super nice and helpful! And the location was perfect, its walking distance to anything in the center with a max of 10min!

Irene the hostess was wonderful and welcoming! The pool was spotless and very enjoyable. A nice little balcony, fridge and modern. Great location walking distance to Fira centre and all the popular areas.

Beautiful building not far from everything you need. Pool was such a luxury too with the heat! Host was extremely helpful as well and organised a transfer from the airport and stayed up late when I plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive until very late. We are so grateful!

The hotel is owned by Irene and her family all of them are very lovely genuine people and nothing is too much trouble for them , the hotel was quiet and comfortable and I mainly had the pool to myself for most of my visit it was reasonably priced and the view from my balcony was excellent

We were greeted by Irene at the property and immediately upgraded to a beautiful room right beside the pool with a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the east coast of Santorini. The room was clean, modern, and kept us cool in the very hot days without needing to use A/C all the time. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Thira centre, which is nice as it is private, without constant tourist onlookers. There is a shop about 1 minute walk away meaning we could make our lunches for travel days. Irene the host was warm and bubbly and gave us excellent information about the area.

This hotel was excellent. The owners were very friendly and made the stay very pleasant. The rooms were great with air conditioning and daily cleaning. The hotel is very central - very close to the famous sunset view. Thank you to Hotel Hellas for a wonderful stay

GREAT LOCATION, amazing facilities. The view is phenomenal from the private balcony, the pool is great, the air conditioning is awesome and the staff were SO nice. 10/10
